And one of His signs is that He created for you spouses from among yourselves so that you may find comfort in them. And He has placed between you compassion and mercy. Surely in this are signs for people who reflect.

Our Love Story

2019
First Meet

It all started in 2019 when the two of us worked at the same office in South Jakarta.

Friendship

Our connection grew as we began to share the routine of going home together after work since our routes aligned. This eventually led to a few plans for meals and outings together. From these routines, a mutual interest and deeper feelings beyond friendship began to emerge between us.

2024
Promise Ring

Over time, both of our families became aware of our relationship. Then, in 2024, Faishal took the bold step of giving Diar a ring as a symbol of his seriousness. This served as a gateway to discussing the next, more serious steps in our journey.

2024
Engagement

We decided on November 2, 2024, as the day of our official engagement. This was the first time both of our extended families met and got to know one another.

2025
Wedding
The final stage of a relationship is marriage. In shaa Allah, our wedding will take place on January 26, 2025, which also coincides with Diar's birthday.
